Return & Refund Policy.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

• Items in original packaging
• Items without stains, odors, or damage
• Items purchased from the Elora website

• Items without original tags
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items purchased during special sale events (marked as final sale)
• Gift cards

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
